Yes, on the same basis as any other UGC-recognised degree. UGC rules state that an online degree from an entitled university is equivalent to a conventional one for employment and for further study.
Two practical caveats. Confirm that entitlement covers your admission year, because a degree earned in a year when the university was not entitled for that programme is where real problems arise. And check the specific recruitment notification you are targeting, since individual employers occasionally impose their own conditions beyond UGC's.

The online BBA costs Rs 77,200 and the online BCA costs Rs 83,200, both three-year programmes. The MBA is Rs 80,200 and the MCA Rs 84,200, both two years.
Those figures sit at the affordable end for a private university carrying AICTE approval and WES recognition. Galgotias does not publish a confirmed fee for its M.Com and MA programmes, so ask for those in writing if either is what you want.

Galgotias University Online is legitimate. It has a state legislative Act behind it, UGC recognition, UGC-DEB entitlement for online delivery, NAAC A+ accreditation, AICTE approval and WES recognition. The degree is valid for employment, for government recruitment and for further study.
Judge it on value instead, which is the more useful question.
