LPU Online keeps its classes and exams on a separate learning portal with its own login. Here is the address, how the one-time password works, and which LPU number to call for which problem.
Short answer: Log in at lms.lpuonline.com. The page sends a one-time password to the mobile number and email on your record. For LMS, class or exam problems, LPU Online lists 01824 520500. For admissions it lists 01824 520001.

How to log in to the LPU Online LMS
- Go to lms.lpuonline.com.
- Enter your login details and select Login.
- Enter the one-time password sent to your registered mobile and email.
- Select Confirm.
If the OTP does not arrive, wait for the countdown and use the resend link on the page. The OTP goes to the contact details on your student record. If those have changed, call the student line rather than retrying.
The OTP goes to the phone and email LPU holds for you, not the ones you type in.
Forgot your password?
Use the Forgot Password option on the LMS login page. If the reset fails, call 01824 520500. LPU Online lists that number for newly enrolled and existing students with questions about the LMS, classes and exams.
Using the LPU Online app
