Short answer: you apply at onlinejain.com in four steps: application form, registration fee, programme fee, then education details and document upload. JAIN Online says your seat is confirmed and your portal login arrives within 48 hours.
For the January 2027 intake, its refund policy gives a full refund up to 30 March 2027.

What are the steps in the JAIN Online application?
JAIN Online's programme pages list four steps under "How to enrol":
- Submit the application. Fill in the JAIN Online application form.
- Pay the registration fee to move the admission forward.
- Pay the programme fee with your chosen payment option: semester-wise, yearly or one-time.
- Enter your education details and upload documents. JAIN Online says your seat is then confirmed, and you receive login credentials, an onboarding kit and learning-portal access within 48 hours.
At JAIN Online the fee comes before the document upload. Have your marksheets, ID and photograph scanned before you start, so step four takes minutes, not days.

What is the eligibility for JAIN Online?
JAIN Online states the basic rule on every programme card as a pass in Class 12, or a bachelor's degree, depending on the programme. In practice that means:
- BBA, BCA, B.Com: Class 12 from a recognised board. The BBA FAQ says so in those words.
- MBA, MCA, M.Com, MA: a bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
JAIN Online's programme cards do not state a minimum percentage. Ask your counsellor for the programme's exact cut-off in writing, and check the specialisation you want on the JAIN Online MBA page or the JAIN Online MCA page.
Which JAIN online programmes are UGC-entitled?
For the 2026-27 July session, the UGC-DEB HEI programme register lists eleven online programmes at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), a deemed university in Karnataka:

What is the JAIN Online refund policy?
JAIN Online's refund policy names a full-refund date for each intake:

After that date, the refund depends on when you cancel relative to the notified last admission date: 100% if 15 or more days before it, 90% within 15 days before, 80% up to 15 days after, 50% up to 30 days after, and nothing later.
The policy also gives no refund if you stop paying semester fees, are detained for backlogs, or paid a yearly or all-year fee. Approved refunds take up to 30 working days.
