The Business Analytics & AI specialisation is Alliance's most AI-intensive MBA programme. The capstone project requires students to execute a complete data-driven business transformation project. This is not a data science degree. It is an MBA that treats analytics and AI as the primary management toolkit. Design Thinking is mandatory in Sem 3, adding structured creative problem-solving to the analytical framework.

Design Thinking — Apply human-centred design frameworks to business problem identification, prototyping, and iterative solution development. Mandatory for all Alliance MBA specialisations.

Managerial Decision Analytics — Apply statistical decision models, simulation techniques, and optimisation frameworks to support data-driven management decisions across business functions.
3.
Marketing Analytics and Consumer Intelligence — Build customer segmentation models, attribution analysis, CLV prediction, and sentiment analysis for marketing campaign optimisation and consumer insights.
4.
HR Analytics and Workforce Insights — Apply people analytics to attrition prediction, hiring funnel optimisation, workforce productivity measurement, and employee engagement analysis.
5.
Financial Data Analytics — Analyse financial datasets for credit scoring, fraud pattern detection, portfolio risk measurement, and financial forecasting models.
6.

AI for Strategic Decision-Making — Evaluate AI applications in corporate strategy including scenario planning with AI, automated competitive intelligence, and AI-augmented executive decision frameworks.

Data Visualization for Business — Design effective data visualisations, interactive dashboards, and storytelling with data presentations for executive and board-level communication.
6.

Sem 1-2 shared core subjects across all Alliance MBA specialisations. Design Thinking is a mandatory Sem 3 subject for all specs. Strategic Management in Digital Era and Dissertation are common Sem 4 subjects. The BA & AI capstone is in addition to the standard dissertation.
