Chandigarh University Online MBA in Entrepreneurship: Syllabus, Fees & Career Outcomes 2026
MBA with Entrepreneurship specialisation from Chandigarh University. UGC DEB approved. NAAC A+ accredited.
500+ students guided by EdifyEdu this year · Next batch: Jul 2026
About This Specialisation
Entrepreneurship is the specialisation most likely to be oversold, so start with the honest version: a degree does not make you an entrepreneur, and the people who benefit most from this one already have a business to apply it to.
The subjects are Entrepreneurial Strategies I and II, Social Entrepreneurship, Family Business Management, Innovation and Creativity in Business, and Small Business Management.
Including Family Business Management and Small Business Management is what makes this more useful than it first appears. Most Indian enterprise is family-owned or small, not venture-backed, and those businesses face succession, governance and professionalisation problems that startup-focused teaching ignores entirely.
Social Entrepreneurship covers the model where the mission constrains the commercial design, which has its own funding routes and its own measurement problems.
If you are planning to raise venture capital and scale fast, this is not the sharpest tool and the ecosystem will teach you faster. If you are joining, inheriting or professionalising an existing business, it is well aimed.
Two things are common to every Chandigarh specialisation and worth pricing separately from the subject list. AI for Managers appears in all of them, so the AI exposure is not unique to the technical tracks. And the programme runs in two tiers, where the higher tier bundles PwC co-taught modules and additional certification. Ask which tier your fee quote covers, because the subject list does not change between them.
Chandigarh University's NAAC A+ accreditation cycle carried a validity date of September 2026, so confirm the current grade at naac.gov.in before you rely on it.
Fees quoted here are indicative and change between intakes. Confirm the current figure, which tier it buys, the early-bird terms and what sits outside the tuition with the university in writing before you pay.

Skills You Develop
You should finish able to make a business work better, whether or not you started it.
Small Business Management covers the operating reality of a business without functional depth: cash flow, working capital, hiring the first professionals and the point at which the founder becomes the constraint.
Entrepreneurial Strategies I and II cover opportunity assessment, business model design and the decisions around growth, pricing and competitive positioning.
Family Business Management covers governance, succession and the separation of ownership from management, which is the transition most Indian family businesses handle badly and expensively.
Innovation and Creativity in Business covers structured approaches to product and process innovation. Social Entrepreneurship covers mission-constrained models, blended finance and impact measurement.
