I have 3 years in performance marketing at a D2C brand. I needed the MBA credential for manager-level roles. UU delivered the degree at a price that made sense. The digital marketing subjects were academically sound but not cutting-edge. For practical tool skills, you still need to invest in platform certifications independently.
Liked: Four dedicated digital marketing subjects gave me structured frameworks I was missing. The fee at Rs 94,000 is genuinely hard to beat for a NAAC A+ MBA.
Disliked: No bundled Google Ads or HubSpot certifications. I had to get those separately on my own. Career services for digital roles were non-existent.
Good for Uttarakhand-based professionals or those who already have digital marketing experience and just need the MBA credential. If you are using this MBA to break into digital marketing for the first time, the programme alone will not be enough. You will need portfolio work and certifications alongside it.
Liked: Digital Technologies and Analytics was the strongest subject. The no-cost EMI option made it genuinely affordable on my freelancer income.
Disliked: Brand recognition is limited. When I mention UU to agencies in Delhi or Mumbai, it does not carry the same weight as Amity or Manipal.
