Amity Online keeps its admission process short: three steps on amityonline.com. The detail that trips people up is not the form but the campus: two different Amity universities hold online entitlements. This guide covers both, from Amity Online's own pages and the UGC-DEB register.
Short answer: you apply from the Apply Now button on amityonline.com. You fill in the application, upload documents and pay the registration fee, and after acceptance you confirm enrolment by paying the programme fee. On 4 November 2026 the site showed admissions open for the January 2027 session.

How does Amity Online admission work?
Amity Online's FAQ on amityonline.com sets out three steps:
- Select your programme and complete the online application form.
- Upload the required documents and pay the registration fee.
- Confirm your enrolment by paying the programme fee once your application is accepted.

Acceptance comes before the programme fee. Do not pay the full fee until Amity has confirmed in writing that your application is accepted.
Who is eligible for Amity Online?
Amity Online's FAQ says requirements vary by programme:
- Undergraduate programmes: completion of Class 12.
- Postgraduate programmes: a bachelor's degree.
- Additional tests: some programmes may require an eligibility test.

Which Amity university awards your online degree?
The UGC-DEB HEI programme register lists online programmes under two separate Amity universities for the 2026-27 July session. Both are private universities.
- Amity University, Uttar Pradesh: 18 entries, including the MBA, MCA, M.Com, MA in English, Economics, Journalism and Mass Communication and Public Policy and Governance, MSW, BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, BA (Journalism and Mass Communication), BSW and four PG diplomas.
- Amity University, Rajasthan: 9 entries, including the MBA, MCA, MSc Mathematics, MSc Data Science, MA English, MA (Journalism and Mass Communication), BBA, BCA and B.Com (Hons).

What happens after you enrol?
