Integral University is not fake. It is a recognised private university in Uttar Pradesh, UGC-DEB approved to deliver its degrees online, and NAAC accredited at A+.

It also holds a NIRF rank, which is unusual for a university selling online degrees. The catch is that it is not the rank you will see quoted, and the difference matters enough that it is the main thing this page exists to explain.

Integral University Online: the verification summary

The checks that separate real from fake Integral University Online, verified 26 August 2026 Recognised private university YES UGC-DEB entitled for online delivery YES NAAC accredited A+ On the UGC fake institutions list NO NIRF rank, Pharmacy category #40 NIRF rank, University category NOT RANKED

Every line is checkable on a government portal. The two NIRF lines are different categories, and only one of them applies to a business or computing degree.

The Ranking Detail Most Pages Get Wrong

NIRF ranks institutions in separate categories, and a university can appear in one while being absent from another entirely.

Integral appears in the Pharmacy category at rank 40. That is a genuine, verifiable achievement, and it says something real about the university's pharmacy school.

It does not appear in the University category at all. So if you are looking at the online MBA, BCA or B.Com, Integral has no NIRF rank that applies to your programme.

A Pharmacy rank is not a University rank. If a page quotes Integral's NIRF position while selling you a management degree, it is using the wrong number.

We had this wrong ourselves until recently. Our own records carried an unexplained "NIRF #101" for Integral, which we removed after checking it against our verified accreditation data. If our data drifted, treat anyone else's ranking claim with the same suspicion and check the source.

Verify It Yourself in Five Minutes

Confirm the position for your own admission year rather than relying on any page, including this one.

Check online-delivery entitlement at deb.ugc.ac.in. Entitlement is granted intake by intake and programme by programme, so last year's approval does not settle this year's.

Check the accreditation at naac.gov.in, including the CGPA behind the grade and the date it expires.

Check the ranking claim at nirfindia.org. Search the University category and the Pharmacy category separately, and you will see the difference described above for yourself.

Check recognition and the fake list at ugc.gov.in, which publishes both the recognised universities list and the list of institutions UGC has declared fake. Integral appears on the first and not the second.

Our Integral verification page collects the same public records in one place.

The Honest Limitations

NAAC A+, not A++. A+ is a solid grade that clears the bar most employers apply, but it sits one band below the top. Several universities charging similar or lower fees hold A++, so compare if accreditation is what decides it for you.

No University-category NIRF rank. Covered above. For a management or computing degree, Integral has no ranking signal to offer, which puts it behind the better-ranked options at similar prices.

No AICTE listing in our records. For most private-sector hiring this changes nothing, since UGC-DEB approval is what establishes validity. If your employer or a specific government recruitment rule asks for AICTE by name, check before you enrol.

Two programmes have no published fee. Our records carry no confirmed figure for the online MA or MCA, so ask admissions for those in writing.

Is the Degree Valid for Government Jobs?

Yes, on the same basis as any other UGC-recognised degree. UGC rules treat an online degree from an entitled university as equivalent to a conventional one for employment, government recruitment and further study.

Confirm entitlement covered your admission year for your specific programme, and read the recruitment notification you are targeting, since employers occasionally set conditions beyond the UGC baseline.

What It Costs

Integral is priced at the affordable end for a private university, which is a large part of its appeal.

The online B.Com costs Rs 36,000 and the M.Sc Rs 30,000, both among the cheapest verified figures in our records for a private institution. The BCA is Rs 75,300 and the MBA Rs 1,10,000.

Verify before you pay. All fees are indicative and change between intakes. Accreditation grades and UGC-DEB entitlement are granted for defined periods and also change, so confirm the current position for your admission year and your specific programme. Start at deb.ugc.ac.in.

The Verdict

Integral University Online is legitimate. A recognised private university, UGC-DEB entitled for online delivery, NAAC A+, absent from the UGC fake list, and priced at the affordable end.

Judge it on fit rather than legitimacy. The honest weaknesses are an A+ rather than A++ grade and no ranking signal that applies to a business or computing degree, since its only NIRF position is in Pharmacy. If accreditation band or ranking is what decides your shortlist, compare before committing. If a recognised degree at a low fee is what you need, Integral does that job. Sources to Consult

Legal status, accreditation and ranking details in this review reflect EdifyEdu's verified university records as of 26 August 2026, cross-checked against our Supabase accreditation data. The NIRF position quoted is a Pharmacy category rank for 2025 and belongs to the institution rather than to any online programme; Integral holds no University category rank. Accreditation grades and UGC-DEB entitlement are granted for defined periods and change between cycles, so verify the current position on the official portals before making any decision or payment. Fees are indicative and change between intakes. EdifyEdu accepts no referral commission from Integral University or any other institution mentioned, and no university pays for placement or ranking on this site.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Integral University is a recognised private university in Uttar Pradesh, UGC-DEB approved for online delivery and NAAC accredited at A+. It appears on the UGC recognised universities list and not on the UGC list of institutions declared fake. You can confirm both yourself at ugc.gov.in.

Yes. Integral is UGC-DEB entitled for online delivery, and UGC rules treat an online degree from an entitled university as equivalent to a conventional one for employment, government recruitment and further study. Entitlement is granted intake by intake, so confirm it covers your admission year and programme at deb.ugc.ac.in.

Yes, but only in the Pharmacy category, where it ranks 40th for 2025. It holds no rank in the University category. So if you are considering the online MBA, BCA or B.Com, Integral has no NIRF position that applies to your programme. Check both categories separately at nirfindia.org.

Because ranking claims drift and are rarely checked. Our own records carried an unexplained "NIRF #101" for Integral until we cross-checked it against our verified accreditation data and removed it. Treat any ranking claim, including ours, as something to verify at nirfindia.org rather than accept.

Yes, at NAAC A+. That is a solid grade clearing the bar most employers apply, though it is one band below the top A++ level. Several universities charging similar or lower fees hold A++, so compare if accreditation is what decides your shortlist. Verify the grade and validity window at naac.gov.in.

Our records carry no AICTE listing for Integral. For most private-sector hiring this changes nothing, since UGC-DEB approval is what establishes the degree validity. If your employer or a specific government recruitment rule asks for AICTE by name, confirm the position with the university in writing before enrolling.

The online B.Com is Rs 36,000 and the M.Sc Rs 30,000, both among the cheapest verified figures in our records for a private university. The BCA is Rs 75,300 and the MBA Rs 1,10,000. Our records carry no confirmed fee for the online MA or MCA, so ask admissions for those in writing.

Yes, on the same basis as any other UGC-recognised degree. Confirm that UGC-DEB entitlement covered your admission year for your specific programme, and read the recruitment notification you are targeting, since individual employers can set conditions beyond the UGC baseline.
