The SSODL Online MBA in Human Resource is offered by Symbiosis School for Online and Digital Learning, the fully-online arm of Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune. SSODL launched in 2020-21 as a UGC-DEB approved institution and is distinct from SCDL.

Liked: HR Analytics subject was excellent. Learned predictive attrition modelling that I immediately used in my HRBP role. The Symbiosis brand got me shortlisted at Bajaj Auto and Mahindra without a single rejection at screening.

Disliked: Some live sessions had technical glitches. Would have appreciated more faculty interaction outside class hours.

The degree is solid and the Symbiosis name matters. But for Mumbai corporate HR roles, NMIMS HRM brand recognition is stronger. SSODL works better for Pune and western India HR careers.

Liked: Good subject coverage especially Talent Management and OD. Design Thinking application to HR was a fresh perspective.

Disliked: Placement support was job board access only. No dedicated HR placement events or campus recruiter visits.
